Terms of Service

Services Interface Engineer LLC provides web consulting, development, and technical project management services under written agreements with each client. The scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.

Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created for their project. Interface Engineer LLC retains the right to use general skills, methods, and non-confidential work samples for portfolio purposes.

Confidentiality Any non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Limitation of Liability Interface Engineer LLC’s liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
